Development the prototype of a mobile industrial waste water treatment, planning and making the theoretical basis for standardized production.

The aim of this research is to provide an opportunity for removing and make harmless the contaminants from the waste water produced by plants and university research labs engaged in the surface treatment of different materials (such as e.g. the corrosion protection of metals) by a mobile waste water treatment equipment so that their concentration would fit the threshold allowed by the environment protection regulations in force.
Part of this project is the development the prototype of a mobile industrial waste water treatment, planning and making the theoretical basis for standardized production.

The aim of the research:

  1. performing the researches, analysis, making the plans needed for the production of the prototype and preparation for the standardized production
  2. building up marketing activities built on the produced prototype for which the main target groups consist of university research institutes and laboratories
  3. using the research institute experience and the university relations for opening towards the entrepreneurial sector involved in surface treatment
  4. The return of the investment of product development within 1-2 years of the production of the prototype

In case of a positive consideration of the tender and making a subsidy contract Feszo-Trade Kft. in the first step will conclude the chemical experiments and the analysis making basis for the development. With the help of the information published by these it prepares the engineering and electric plans necessary for the production and starts the manufacturing of the prototype. And at the end of the successful manufacturing process it prepares the production plans needed for the starting of the standardized production.

Following this the enterprise, exploiting its system of relations with universities and researching institutes, demonstrates the products for the researching institutes and laboratories, which serves two purposes: on one hand it reckons with the universities and researching institutes as potential customers, on the other hand, with the feedback and references given by them, it would like to base the opening towards the entrepreneur sector of a wider market.

In the interest of the establishment of the base principles of technologies near development we have preliminary mapped the presently applied dead dipping liquid procedures during literal as well as personal professional visits in harmony with the reference documents published by the European Council with the composition about the best available technologies (later on referred as BAT documents, Best Available Techniques).
With the help of this, referring to various professional surveys (etc. data collection) and the data of the BAT documents, we have come to a conclusion that justifies the development of the technology through industrial research in accordance with professional point of views.

So in advance, in order to certify the justification of the industrial research, we have executed basic research analyses concerning the electrolytic detachability of the iron from acid solution, moreover concerning the cleanability of the hot-dip galvanization zinc-content hydrochloric acid dead dipping liquid.


The results from the point of view of the successful realization of the project are very foreshadowing.


Our purpose is to develop such an environment-protective and cost-efficient solution within the confines of our project, in contrast to the current procedures using alkali in significant quantity, resulting in waste water of high salinity and iron-hydroxide that is, during the procedure, is qualified as hazardous waste material, which lays the emphasis on the workability of the acid corrosive liquids/dipping liquids that have high iron content.
During the procedure to be developed the dipping liquids will be cleaned without making hazardous waste material in a way that the liquid will become recyclable to the curing procedure.

Our further aim is to make the developed equipment capable of processing the acid solution of other metals (e,g, copper, chrome) too, in a way that only minor structural (its anode, cathode substance) and technological changes will have been applied. These metals produce the waste liquid of the electronic industry and their processing, although their emerging quantity is smaller, from environmental-protection point of view it is more significant.

Against the present state of technology the electro-dialysis and/or membrane electrolysis, composing the base of the operational principle of the acid retrieving equipment, methodologically is not an unknown concept. In the chemical industry in point of the regeneration of the dipping liquids this means a technological innovation that has not existed so far carrying numerous advantages.
